Always had my dental visit here because Dr Shern and the nurses is very helpful and I am feeling very comfortable despite going through major procedures like tooth extraction and dental fillings. I did my scaling & teeth whitening here too. For all the services I would rate 5/5.Dr will give explanations and suggestions before any of the procedures. During the procedure he will comfort me to & will let me know what he will do next. After the procedures his team will follow up via WhatsApp.So I would say this is one of the best dental clinic I have visited.

As soon as I entered the clinic, I was greeted with warm smiles from the receptionist. The waiting area was pristine, adorned with modern decor and comfortable seating that immediately put me at ease. Dr Lin approach to patient care is truly exemplary. She began with a detailed consultation, listening attentively to my concerns and asking insightful questions about my dental history and current issues. Her ability to communicate clearly and emphatically made me feel valued and understood. The clinic’s commitment to ongoing care was evident in their follow-up process. I received a courtesy message from the dental nurse called Eva the next day to check on my wellbeing and answer any post appointment questions. This continued care and attention to detail left a lasting impression and reinforced my trust in their services. They have set a new standard of excellence in my book, and I look forward to my next appointment with newfound confidence and ease.

All About Onlay, Crown & Bridge

Is there a difference in invasiveness between dental crowns and onlays, and when would one be recommended over the other?
Yes, there is a difference. Dental crowns are generally more invasive as they require significant tooth reduction to accommodate the full-coverage restoration. On the other hand, onlays are a more conservative option, preserving more natural tooth structure. Your dentist will recommend the most suitable option based on the extent of damage and your individual needs.
What materials are commonly used in dental onlays, inlays, and overlays?
These restorations can be crafted from materials such as porcelain, composite resin, or metal alloys, chosen based on individual needs and preferences. Porcelain like lithium disilicate(EMAX) is commonly used in our clinic.
In terms of durability, are onlays and inlays more resilient than dental crowns?
Onlays and inlays are generally more conservative options, preserving more natural tooth structure, but the choice between them and dental crowns depends on the extent of damage and the specific requirements of the case.
When comparing dental crowns and resin-bonded bridges, which is more suitable for front teeth replacement?
Both can be used, but resin-bonded bridges are often preferred for their conservative approach in preserving natural tooth structure, making them a popular choice for front teeth.
How can I maintain and care for my dental restorations or bridges for longevity?
Regular oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing, and routine dental check-ups, are essential for maintaining the health and longevity of dental restorations and bridges.
